**Run to Kamari Kafe—don’t walk! ** We knew there were new owners but finally made it in today, and wow—what an amazing breakfast. We brought our daughter and her family, and it was one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in a long time. The new owners are incredibly friendly and were so sweet to our grandchildren, even letting them pick fun goodies from a bucket (huge hit!). I had sunny-side-up eggs with *deep orange yolks*—absolutely delicious—and perfectly crispy corned beef hash. My husband’s omelet and pancakes were unbelievably fluffy. Our son-in-law loved the Uncle Gus breakfast wrap so much he said we *have* to come back for it again. My daughter’s corned beef skillet was a hit too. The kids loved their Mickey Mouse pancakes and even found the elf. We left with a scratch-off for our next visit and will definitely be back soon—maybe for lunch next time. Huge thanks to the wonderful staff, and our waitress was fantastic!

Fantastic neighborhood diner serving hearty and honest breakfast and lunch. Food is delicious and the people who work here are super hospitable. We spoke with the owner and he has a fantastic story about resurrecting this corner of the neighborhood. We are so thrilled to have this restaurant reopen under new owner in our area. Highly recommend.

I met the new owners, very nice guys! The server lady wasn’t that friendly.. she was ok. Food was great! My mom loved the egg Benedict plate and I loved my plate, too! The pumpkin pancakes were amazing

5/5 Stars – Exceptional Hospitality! We drove up north to support this family-owned business and were blown away. The atmosphere makes you feel at home instantly. The owners and the chef were incredibly kind, and Maria provided top-tier service. The food was the cherry on top—absolutely delicious. Highly recommend making the trip!

The best breakfast I've had in years! I had the eggs benedict with house potatoes, my sister had the cornbeef hash skillet. She loved it! From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, the service was excellent. We were treated like royalty! Thank you to the Owners, waitstaff (Brandy), and chef. We definitely will be back!

We were frequent customers of Norwood Cafe but had not been there for a few months…we were very surprised to see it had changed hands…the new owners are fantastic! We received a warm welcome and were delighted to find out our favorite server, Holly, was still there. The food was good before but I think it has even gotten better!!! The pancakes were light and fluffy…my omelette was perfectly done…the order of extra crisp bacon was exactly that and the breakfast potatoes were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside (with a few crunchy ones-my favorite). There is such a positive vibe under the new management…word must be out because the restaurant was pleasantly full (as am I)!!!!

Welcome to the clean plate club! Breakfast was an absolute treat. We had delicious traditional breakfast! Our food was spot on, exactly what you expect. The steak and eggs was perfect! Our kids loved the food everyone finished their meals! Our server Holly was wonderful. The owners are welcoming and attentive!! It’s great to have a family atmosphere! Absolutely refreshing!!! My husband and I came to Kamari Kafe today and it was such a great find. I ordered the steak skillet, tender, well-seasoned steak with sautéed peppers and onions, crispy potatoes, and perfectly cooked eggs. My husband had the corned beef hash skillet, which was packed with flavor and cooked just right, hearty and satisfying in the best way. We also had the pancakes, and they were incredible…fluffy, light, and freshly made, the kind that don’t even need much syrup because they’re that good. Everything came out hot, fresh, and clearly made with care. The space is cozy and welcoming, with a comfortable, neighborhood feel. It’s VERY clean, relaxed, and the kind of place where you can actually sit and enjoy your meal. The owners are kind, proud, and clearly take great care in what they serve and how they run their place. It’s located in a cozy neighborhood, and there’s plenty of parking in the back of the restaurant, which makes stopping in easy and convenient. If you’re looking for delicious, well-made comfort food, generous portions, and a warm, genuine atmosphere, Kamari Kafe is definitely worth a visit. We’ll absolutely be back!!
